Meet Your Instructor

I'm so excited you're here! My name is Taylor Deloye and I have a passion for coaching and teaching and have been coaching both sales people and Customer Success Managers for over a decade. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Customer Experience Management (CXM). As a people leader in Customer Success, I've managed more than 50 high-performing people across a variety of tech companies. I've had the opportunity to lead Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, and Technical Support Teams. In the courses I've designed, I've been able to include Master's-level topics not taught in Corporate America.
